the staff at the club level were helpful with requests like late checkout, pool access, and tour bookings. the breakfast was great and the happy hour spread was like a full dinner with good food and drinks! i had a lovely view of the n tower from my room. the hotel helped order taxis easily, convenient.

I checked in without any issues, really fast. the location is great, pretty convenient for getting around. the beautiful king room was spacious and well-kept. i made sure to use the gym. It had a good range of equipment like treadmills and weights.

the bathroom layout was a bit unusual, the shower and bathtub were in the same open area.

Staff at the restaurants were really attentive and quick to assist. It was a pleasure! the reception staff were efficient during check-in and check-out. the cleaning service maintained the room impeccably and provided quick responses to requests.

The location was convenient near the metro. The gym was excellent with various equipment. The lobby café provided a comfortable space for quick meetings.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled and not adjustable in the room. The front desk had a slight service lapse when handling membership discounts. Staff communication posed some challenges .
